PENGARUH PENAMBAHAN AIR REBUSAN KULIT JENGKOL (archidendron pauciflorum) KEDALAM AIR MINUM TERHADAP PERFORMA KARKAS BROILER

چکیده

This study aims to determine the use of boiled water jengkol (Archidendron pauciflorum) peel in drinking on broiler carcass performance. The used 96 DOC broilers type MB 202 PLATINUM with a duration 4 weeks. research method is an experimental using completely randomized design (CRD) 6 treatments, namely P0: Control (Drinking without waste), P1: 2% (2ml decoction/100ml water), P2: % (4 ml peel/100 P3: 6% (6 P4: 8% (8 P5: 10% (10 peel) jengkol/100 water) then each treatment was repeated times. parameters measured were: live weight (g/head), and abdominal fat (g/head). results analysis diversity showed that administration peel had significant effect (P<0.05) weight, only able maintain same as control. Based study, it can be concluded best P4 (8ml stew/100ml acquisition 1089.50 g/head, 883.50 9.98 g/head. Keywords: Broiler, Carcass Quality, Jengkol Peel Decoction
